What's the turnaround time?

-  Unbranded pens can be delivered within 2-3 working days for delivery around Australia
-  Branded pens will take generally 2weeks from artwork approval.
-  For fastest turnaround 1 week is possible with a 15% surcharge.
-  BIC promotional pen range have a standard turnaround of 5 working days.
-  Quantities above 2000 units, or indent order, merchandise can take between 4 - 9 weeks.

I left things late.  I really need those promo pens and QUICK!
We can have certain pens branded with engraving or pad printed within 5 business days, a 15% surcharge applies.  This also depends on availability of stock and colour range.

BIC branded pens can be turned around within 5 working days.  Please take into account your delivery location which may add an extra day or two.

 
What is your minimum order quantity?

For printed pens, the minimum order quantity is generally 250 units, however it does vary depending on the style, and some do come in minimum orders of 100 or 500. 

Corporate Executive Pens such as Sheaffer Pens and Waterman Pens have smaller minimum quantities such as 5units.

What format does the artwork need to be?
This is very important, artwork will need to be in either Adobe Illustrator EPS or AI saved with vector lines.  Adobe PDF saved with Vector lines is also acceptable.  If you do not have these formats we can convert your jpeg or other format for $45 (may vary depending on complexity).  Please click here to find out more.


Does your price include printing?
All our prices include 1 colour pad printing of your logo.  Engraving is available and we can provide you a free quote on request.

Extra colours do attract extra cost and print set up.

Do you stock environmentally friendly products or Eco Products?
Yes we do! We have recycle paper pencils and recycle pastic pens.  We support evironmentally friendly promotional goods.

 
I want to save some money, does quantity make a difference? 
Yes, with any promotional product orders, the larger the order quantity, the better the price per unit.   Smaller runs of promotional merchandise tends to be more expensive due to factors such as overhead costs for printing and freight charges.  

Will you price match?
Yes, we will try our best to match all Australian quotes for an identical promotional writing instrument.

Do we deliver to all States and Overseas?
Yes!  We service Australia for all the states including New South Wales (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Canberra (ACT), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT) Tasmania (TAS) and New Zealand.  For other countries outside of Australia.  Please email us to obtain a freight cost.

We accept Master & VISA Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit and Cheque.  Surcharge applies for credit card payments of 1.35%.
